I will accept refunds on prints, mugs and cards within the 30 day cooling off period as long as items are returned to me in the same condition they were sent (resalable with no damage). You will however be liable for the cost of returning the items to me.

Any personalised or commission items are non-refundable, however, I do ask for your approval on all custom items via photos before sending. 

Prints are available to be posted Worldwide or can be collected from me in person at events. Home collections must be arranged and agreed upon with advanced notice. Although I take every care to package my prints well I accept no responsibility for damage during transit. If you require further insurance for postage please let me know when ordering.
